PERYO — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of peryo.my and the PERYO service (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

What PERYO provides

PERYO helps merchants prepare suggested captions and review prompts that may be used when creating content on TikTok or other platforms. PERYO does not automatically publish, post, or share on your behalf. Any posting or sharing is user-controlled and happens inside the chosen platform.

No auto-posting: PERYO does not publish anything without the user’s final action.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you choose to post.
You must not use the Service for spam, deception, harassment, or unlawful activities.
You must not encourage fake or misleading reviews.

No guarantee

We do not guarantee that content will be posted or that any platform (including TikTok) will accept or display it.

Service availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may update or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PERYO and its operator will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
